SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our delivery options are all tracked. The costs for these are as follows:
- UK: £3.60 per order
- Europe: £15 per order
- Rest of world: £28 per order
We endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
We aim to deliver your order within the following time frames:
- UK: 1–2 weeks
- Europe: 2–4 weeks
- Rest of world: 2–4 weeks
Although most of our products will be shipped from London, some custom and limited edition products are made to order, reducing any unnecessary environmental waste. These may be shipped directly from the artist. Please allow up to four to six weeks for custom orders to be processed and arrive with you and note that if you have purchased other items from the shop, these may arrive separately.
All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability, standard processing and delivery time. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate on your behalf and update you with delivery information.
If you need to update your delivery address, please get in touch with us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we will not be able to make any further amendments.
International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and DATEAGLE ART therefore has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country. Potential charges are determined by your local customs authority and for these, you will be liable. Bear in mind that these charges can also cause delays. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. For more information please consult your local customs office.
Due to the pandemic, national lockdown restrictions in the UK and Brexit, we’re facing some additional challenges in getting your orders to you as quickly as possible, which may result in delays. We really appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Finally, please note that whilst we do ship internationally, due to restrictions imposed by our couriers we are unfortunately unable to ship to PO box addresses as well as the following countries:
- Central African Republic
- North Korea
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order, you have 14 working days from when you receive your items to ship it back to us for a refund. We will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid for the goods by you. Shipping costs are not refundable. Get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address. We are not liable for the cost of returning the item.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- Items must have their original tags and packaging, unless it arrived damaged.
- Items must be sent back to us via a tracked shipping method.
- Items bought with a discount code cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
- Items must arrive on or before the 14th day since you received it.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. DATEAGLE ART reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements listed.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want to purchase a different item, we suggest requesting a refund and then continuing to make the new purchase.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Where goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied please notify us via email email@example.com, including pictures of the damaged item(s) and package(s). We will get a replacement sent out to you free of charge. DATEAGLE ART will refund postage costs incurred if it is proven to be a fault by our team, however we are not responsible for damages caused by the courier or post office.
In the case an item is not delivered due to customer fault, for example, but not limited to, an incomplete address being given, then the customer must cover the cost of manufacturing and shipping in order to reship.
DATEAGLE ART adheres to a no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
