PAYMENT POLICY

1.1 PAYMENT INFORMATION

Affordable limited edition artworks, merchandise and paraphernalia have been commissioned for individual artists and exhibitions. These are available for purchase at DATEAGLE ART, where our website has been designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with Paypal. You will be required to pay 100% of the product, plus shipping fees, and any taxes or duties owed when the product is ready for shipment.

Please note, only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

1.2 PRICING AND CURRENCY

Item prices may vary depending on the country and region the order is being shipped to, as well as the currency being used to pay for the item(s).

1.3 DATA PROTECTION

Data and information security is of the utmost importance to us. The DATEAGLE ART internal security systems are thorough, secure and rigorous, ensuring that all information shared is protected and explicitly confidential. Our website is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, which creates a secure transaction area in which to enter your payment information. 1.4 DISCOUNT CODES

You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or as advertised on Instagram. Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date which will be stated at the time of issue and promotion. This cannot be modified.

When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

 

2.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of colour, description, price and specifications of all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only and items are generally only available in one size. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the exclusive nature of the product.

2.2 RETURNS

If after considering the above you are still unhappy with your purchase you have 14 working days to request a refund and send the item back. When we have received your return, DATEAGLE ART will offer a refund for the full amount of the item excluding postage. For conditions of return please see our Shipping and Returns policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We’ll issue refunds using the same payment details that were entered to purchase the items. DATEAGLE ART aims to process all refunds as soon as possible, but it could take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example:

- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- If an item is returned more than 14 days after delivery

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case that your item has arrived faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied and we cannot replace it, we will refund you the full amount of the item including postage.

DELAYS

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of our confirmation, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, next contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at studio@dateagle.art.

Although we don’t anticipate any extra delay to this process, we are still working under national lockdown restrictions, and deliveries are subject to last minute days and this may have a knock on effect on when we receive your returned item. We appreciate your patience at this time.

EXEMPTIONS


Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on custom prints, face coverings or jewellery unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. As our custom prints are made to order, we’re not able to offer returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Face coverings and jewellery are exempt for health and safety reasons. We therefore ask that you provide suitable photographic evidence of any damage so we can send you a replacement instead.
